1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Remaster Archive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Usage Rights

By using our service, you grant us a license to process your images for the sole purpose of generating the requested artwork. The generated artwork is yours to use for both personal and commercial purposes.

3. Credits & Refund Policy

Credit Rollover: Credits roll over as long as the subscription is active. Unused credits are retained if you upgrade/downgrade active plans.

Standard Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are NOT available once a user has utilized any credits to transform artworks. All sales are final once credits are consumed. If no credits have been used, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Revenue Guarantee Program Success Guarantee

The Revenue Guarantee Program Success Guarantee is our risk reversal policy designed to support serious entrepreneurs committed to building a successful digital art business. This guarantee is available exclusively to Individual subscribers.

Eligibility Requirements (The '25-Credit Rule'):

  • Must have used a minimum of 25 credits to generate artwork, demonstrating active implementation of the service
  • Must demonstrate $0 in total sales revenue from independent digital storefronts or sales channels
  • Must have operated storefront for at least 30 days from first credit usage
  • Must provide documentation of sales efforts and storefront activity upon request

Asset Forfeiture Upon Refund:

  • All remaining credits in your account will be immediately forfeited and neutralized
  • Access to Pro plan features and premium licenses will be terminated instantly
  • Previously generated artwork remains yours; only future generation capability is removed

Anti-Abuse Protection:

  • This guarantee is limited to one-time use per individual
  • Creating multiple accounts to recycle this guarantee is strictly prohibited
  • Violation results in permanent ban and forfeiture of all benefits
  • We reserve the right to request verification before processing refund

Note: Franchise and Enterprise partnership subscribers are governed by custom agreements with their respective headquarters and are not eligible for this individual guarantee.

Elite Plan Terms: The Elite Plan requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Payments are made in 3-month installments upfront. Unused credits carry over indefinitely as long as the commitment is maintained. Credits in the Elite Plan carry over indefinitely only while the 6-month commitment is active. If the subscription is not renewed after the 6-month period, or if the second installment is not paid, all remaining credits will expire and reset to zero upon the transition to the Free tier.

By upgrading, you agree to our Terms of Service.

4. Data Retention

All generated images are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days to protect user privacy. Please ensure you download your creations promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Remaster Archive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar.sh. Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar.sh provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Tax Transparency: All prices displayed are net of taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. The final amount charged will include any applicable taxes as required by law.

7. Revenue Calculation Methodology

The "Total Partner Revenue Generated" displayed on the landing page is a statistical estimation of the gross business value created by our partners using the Remaster Archive engine.

  • Formula: This figure is calculated based on a fixed benchmark of $3.97 USD per credit consumed:
    Total Revenue = Total Consumed Credits × $3.97
  • Nature of Figure: This is a "Gross Revenue Equivalent" and does not reflect actual net profits, individual partner payouts, taxes, or platform service fees.
  • Purpose: All figures are provided for marketing and historical statistical purposes only and do not guarantee future individual earnings.
