5. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy after Credit Usage: Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are NOT available once a user has utilized any credits to transform artworks. If no credits have been used, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Elite Plan Cancellation: For the Elite Plan, if the 6-month commitment is not fulfilled or the second installment is not paid, all accumulated credits will expire immediately and upfront payments are non-refundable.
