In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

Data Retention: All generated images are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days to protect user privacy. Please ensure you download your creations promptly.

5. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy after Credit Usage: Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are NOT available once a user has utilized any credits to transform artworks. If no credits have been used, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for the 5-Sale Guarantee, you must utilize a minimum of 25 credits to generate and present previews using all available premium pet artwork styles. This ensures a fair test of our full suite of premium pet artwork styles within your business environment.

The 'Revenue Guarantee Program' and its associated '5-Sale Guarantee' are exclusive benefits provided solely to Individual Subscribers. Users registered under a Franchise or Enterprise partnership agreement are governed by the specific terms, custom discounts, and service level agreements (SLAs) established between Remaster Archive and their respective Headquarters(HQ).

Elite Plan Cancellation: For the Elite Plan, if the 6-month commitment is not fulfilled or the second installment is not paid, all accumulated credits will expire immediately and upfront payments are non-refundable.
